 SKSA |
Sea Kayaking Skills and Adventures has been the only full-time source of certified training on Long Island since its inception in 2000. We are dedicated to building the skills that allow the competent paddler to challenge all that Long Island waters have to offer. Each year, SKSA supplies the organization, coordination for LIPSS as well as lectures and demonstrations. |
 NYSPRHP |
The NY State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation - Marine Services Unit has been instrumental in founding the Long Island Paddle Sport Symposium. Each year they provide funding to help pay for facilities, insurance and advertising. |
 USCG |
The US Coast Guard and Homeland Security has been a prime mover in the inception and in continuing support of Long Island Paddle Sport. We especially appreciate their help each year with displays and demonstrations. |
 NACK |
North Atlantic Canoe and Kayak is a local Paddle America Club associated with the American Canoe Association. The goals of this organization are Safety, Training Adventure and Fellowship. We especially wish to thank Gordon Dayton, club President and the many members who volunteer to help LIPSS each year. |

Dowling College has generously offered the facilities at the Oakdale campus to hold PaddleSport this year. This is a great location along the Connetquot River. Thank you Dowling. |
